Problem
The problem for this project is that we have to create a series and parallel circuit that is combined into one series-parallel circuit. Creating a series-parallel circuit might be difficult for some people but an easy way to build it is to just make a series circuit and then put a parallel circuit onto it. It is how it sounds.
After creating this series-parallel circuit you have to solder the wires together to create a neat and strong connection between the wires. This also makes the circuit look more professional and clean. When using a soldering iron, you must be careful and not touch the tip or else it will burn you when it is on.

Solution
For my series-parallel circuit I used a 9V battery and four resistors that have 470 ohms each. I also used a snap connector to connect the 9v battery to the wires.
For the series circuit I put three resistor to make it. Then on the second resistor I added another resistor and LED to make the parallel circuit. On the other resistor on the series circuit i put another LED to make a second parallel circuit.

Feedback
I really liked this project because first, it was my first time soldering and using a solder iron. I probably would not have been able to do this project without practicing it in class first with the teacher. But there are videos that i watched to figure it out as well.
When soldering, I figured it would be faster if I heated up the wire before soldering so that the led would just melt onto the wire instantly without having to keep the soldering iron on it. When the led was being burnt, it would let out smoke and fumes that would smell really bad, so i covered my nose and mouth with my shirt when doing this. And since i did not have a "third hand" my brother would just hold the wire when i solder.
